The below draft plan was developed by the community to create and achieve a vision for the future of the neighborhood. Citizen @ Intercept event: There are lots of tow, mechanic, and auto body shops in the neighborhood that shouldn't be allowed. Need more code enforcement or re-evaluate home occupation uses in neighborhood.

Citizen @ Intercept Event: There are benefits to building 2-story (at-grade) in the neighborhood because it saves impervious cover. It's cheaper on foundation. Should we care so much about the "look" if it's more sustainable + affordable? Example: Riviera St. house with stilts
