Vision SMTX - Summary of Changes Survey

Provide your comments Feb 2-Feb 23!

Hello, thank you for your interest in the Vision SMTX Comprehensive Plan! The Comprehensive Plan is an important document for San Marcos. It will guide growth and long-term decision-making over the next 20 years for topics important to the community, such as housing, the environment, economic development, transportation, and land use.

The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council have made amendments to the Original Draft Plan as part of the adoption process and have created a Revised Plan. City Council would like your input on the amendments to ensure the Final Plan meets the needs and vision of the community. To provide your input, please read the directions below:

  1. Review this Summary of Changes document. Reference the Original Draft Plan and Revised Plan, if desired. You may also choose to download the Summary of Changes document as an additional reference, if desired.
  2. Let us know if you have a concern with an item in the table and what specific changes you would propose.
  3. Add your comments directly to the document in the "Comment Here" column.
  4. Take a brief poll by clicking the "Vision SMTX Poll" icon to the left of the document.
